Brittany Howes started her first party planning business for small functions over 15 years ago as a side business while she primarily worked in Operations Management for a large IT services corporation. There she managed over 200+ employees, designed and implemented custom software, and created efficient business procedures and workflows for the company which honed her ability to focus on subtle details that created a seamless experience for the clients. After planning her own wedding, Brittany was re-introduced to her passion for party planning and decided to open a wedding rental services company, iDo Rentals.  She incorporated iDo Rentals to create “mobile venues” and offering services such as decorating and coordinating. After a few short years, Brittany evolved iDo Rentals into a fully inclusive wedding service company. The company offered full planning services including coordinating, decorating, equipment rentals, and staffing for all types of events at public or private venues.  And then in 2022, Brittany and her business partner, Amy Smith opened the premier wedding and event venue, Strawberry Manor where they host hundreds of events each year.

The Chamber embraces Brittanys creative thinking and project management skills, considering her a true asset to the Board. She has a passion for business growth and education and of course brings fresh ideas and management to our events.
